Lyra’s world is one of my all time favourites. Pullman is so talented at making me care so much about the characters in his books and I can feel the emotions throughout the book. I’m honestly so invested in all of the characters and their stories. I will say that I’m pretty bias because I already adore this world, however the book is slow paced and definitely character driven. I still loved it and I can’t wait to continue onto the next book.
