Overall a fun read. I liked the later half better as Tress started growing as a character. The setting is very inventive and interesting and even though it took me a while to get used to it, the way it is narrated by Hoid was witty and charming. Some of the themes in the book and many of the passages and lines really resonated with me. Beautifully done by Mr. Sanderson. I can't help but compare it to his other works I've read and that is the main reason it only gets 4 stars.
