Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner

5.0

a beautiful memoir about love, loss, and cultural identity. quite captivating and reminded me of the way Didion wrote about her daughter in Blue Nights. would recommend to anyone who likes memoirs and stories of the American "melting pot." I completely understand why this was a bestseller and while I am usually hesitant to rate memoirs, I felt 5 stars was necessary.
