This enemies to lovers/childhood friends story stole my heart. I love me a good slow burn romance sometimes, and this fit the bill for me. I loved the slow build on the trust between Jasmine and Ivan, and how they truly became best friends before they became anything else. Ivan is not the stuck up celebrity most people make him out to be, and Jasmine is a lot softer emotionally than anyone thinks her capable of being.
The ice skating elements fed my soul in a beautiful way, and I just want to go read more Mariana Zapata now.
