After waiting for so many books, we finally got Hawk and Sierra, and the chemistry between them from the beginning was fantastic. I'm usually not a fan of big age gaps but this one did it so well, the angst and the tension as Hawk refused to give in were perfection.

I also loved that we got so much of Lara and Walker, another 10/10 couple. Immediately after finishing this book, I had to go and read the short story about them.

I appreciated that we finally saw forward movement in the plot, with the Psy attacking the pack after a few books where there wasn't much progress in the macro-plot. I'm excited to see where the story goes now that all the pieces are falling into place.
