It took me about 50 pages or so to adjust to the changing points of view and the second person narrative. After that? I literally just kept reading until my kindle died.
I'd say I'm not a huge fantasy fan but that's not exactly true, it has to be the "right" fantasy. This book checked off all my boxes. Upon finishing I immediately purchased book 2.
