I'm training to be a volunteer at World Relief (the same refugee resettlement agency that Farah went through, actually) and chose this book to read as part of my X hours of training I needed. There's no way I ever would have picked it up off the shelf otherwise!

The writing quality wasn't amazing, but it was really interesting to read the whole story of her life first-hand. It's incredible how much she had been through.
