Intensity by Dean Koontz
4.0
The title of the book is a very accurate description. I’d give this 3.7 stars because you go from such intense moments to drawn out boring details. Also this book was not short and there were only 8 chapters in this whole book which really made the story feel drawn out. The book starts very intense and grabs your attention but it was short lived. If the chapters were shorter and less drawn out unnecessary details this could have been 5 stars. Also, how they made Ariel so disconnected did not feel natural.
