2.5 stars but overall I'm glad I read it. I have an extended family member with this diagnosis who I want to support. When I reviewed the list of BPD symptoms many of them are very similar to common adolescent / young adult behavior, so I think overall BPD is highly relatable for family members trying to understand. Going to keep looking for a more helpful book but this one was full of examples / anecdotes of what BPD looks like. Luckily my family member is extremely high functioning so most of the examples were extreme by comparison.
