i bet this book will be so useful and be just the right book for just the right person, but that was not me. it read as trite and tired and white and that sort of faux zen thing you get from fans of Coelho and Gaarder. 

I hope it helps people though, and i begrudge no one the reading of this book or the use or hope they may get from it.
