Seems to be a plug for this guy’s medical services and other books. I thought since it had been recently published that it would cover up-to-date scientific information, but sadly it just reiterated things made known decades ago. It also contains some of the most sexist language I’ve ever heard. Estrogen cannot make a person look prettier!! Yuck.
