This is definitely a case of it's me and not the book.

It's a okay book but it just didn't have anything which made me actually like the book. Listening to the audiobook instead of actually reading it probably didn't help either. I wasn't interested in the comics the main character wrote and with that being the main plotline I just didn't feel like picking the book up mosto f the time. I also thought the main character was so dramatic. I get how she's young and at that age I was probably whiny too, but I'm just to old for this. This book just really made me think of 2008 tumblr while it was only written in 2016 so that isn't really a good thing. It just wasn't really for me, but I think that if you're into books about fangirling and fanficiton you might like it.
