I absolutely loved this book. Even though I wasn't a band kid and didn't experience bullying or obesity as a child, I still identified with this so strongly. I recommend it for all teens or adults who have ever struggled with depression, or loneliness, or feeling as though you didn't belong. This book is well written, with a first-person style that immerses you in Troy's story. I felt so many things reading this book. Also, the audiobook is read by Matthew Lillard and it is absolutely wonderful.
Graphic: Fatphobia and Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Addiction, Drug abuse, and Drug use
Minor: Alcoholism, Bullying, Child abuse, Vomit, and Alcohol
