This was too good, absolutely amazing! I’m not one for suspense but if it’s like this I will make an exception. Luz is one of my favorite female archetypes and I adore her! The group of guys she’s collecting are all interesting and the dynamics between them are good and clearly only going to get better. The end and the cliffhanger was masterful!! Ramirez has a clean and engaging writing style, so while this is a slow burn it is a riveting page turner. She does a wonderful job of introducing the characters, giving you so much and nothing at all really. The tension between Luz and Alister is delicious. Ever is a delight. And the questions surrounding the others is tantalizing. This entire book is tantalizing!! I am both excited to have been told about this book and devastated I have to wait for the next!
