Buddy listened to this on Everand with my bestie, and it was a fun time.

Do I class it as a Christmas romance? Not really. It is a romance set at Christmas, and there is a difference. I loved the Plus size and queer representation in this and also the sex positive vibes of the book as a whole.

Bee was a fab FMC & Nolan was mostly great. He had a few wobbly moments but, for the most part, held up pretty well. I think this book being the fun, cutesy and spicy read it is i didn't expect the exploration of societal bias into how women are treated in comparison to men if they are celebrities or happen to have active and healthy sex lives. Bee, our FMC, is a porn star, and through her character, we see how society judges and holds certain biases against women for being in that industry compared to men who do the same job and I really appreciated that aspect of this story.

Overall, this was a fun listen with great narration by Joy Nash & Sebastian York. The book had some great humour and made me laugh out loud at times. The side characters were fun and engaging, the romance overall was cute and believable, the pacing was good, and the spice was great. The audiobook was available to me with my Everand subscription, so well, worth a listen! 🌶🌶🌶
