I am not really into tennis but Carrie Soto Is Back blew me away!
This book reads like one of those classic sports movies that people watch and reference over and over again--but feminist! I like that all of TJR's books in this universe (Seven Husbands, Malibu Rising, Daisy Jones, etc.) think about not only the way we perceive famous women in their prime but with the way we perceive them as they age. I think that in this book that theme is what took it to the next level.
Unexpectedly my favorite TJR. :)
