I know that you are seeing this book everywhere on Booktok and Bookstagram… just know if you’re hesitant the hype is real! This isn’t going to be a book for everyone as it IS dark romance but it’s also cute, funny, full of amazing banter, really sort of gross, and the audio deserves an award!

If you like watching the edgy, comedy, serial killer shows that are gross but you like it anyways then read this… on audio preferably.

I think part of why this book doesn’t feel as taboo or awful as you’d expect is because, yes they are serial killers, but they’re serial killers who kill terrible people! They have a thirst for murder, but they’re murdering pedophiles, rapists, cannibalistic serial killers, etc. you get the point. They both have childhood trauma that triggered this behavior and yet they still have “normal” lives and friends/family. And what I love most is that these friends/family know exactly who they are and what they do and still love them. Is that strange that I love that part?! Yeah it’s probably strange right?

Anyways definitely recommend this one and can’t wait for the next one!
