Don't Worry, Life Is Easy by Agnès Martin-Lugand
4.0
"Don't Worry, Life is Easy" is the sequel to "Happy People Read and Drink Coffee". It furthers the story of Diane as she has moved back from Ireland and rebuilt her life in Paris, along with her literary cafe. As part of her rebuild, she meets Oliver, who essentially is prince charming. But, after running into rugged Edward, her life and emotions turn upside down and she'll have to make a choice, once and for all.
This novel was a much better continuation of its original. I was much more devoted to the characters and loved to see how Diane and Edward's relationship evolved. Oliver is a nice guy, but I fell in love with Edward in this book. I found myself screaming "NOO!" and "Just kiss her!" and "go after her!", multiple, multiple times.
I still don't believe this novel reached its full potential. However, it was much less choppy and was much more descriptive. I also thought it had a very sweet ending, which I won't disclose for future readers.
