Alex Craft is my new most favorite female character of time. She's broken and fierce and I couldn't get enough. I read this book in one sitting cause bookmarks are for quitters.

Like the first time you eat super dark chocolate and can't decide if you like the bitterness but can't stop coming back for another nibble because there is something there that speaks to you. The ending -- no spoilers here -- is unexpected and tragic and perfect.

Strong female characters & more than passes the Bechdel test. I wish I could read it for the first time again.
