We all know the resilience, maturity and mental health of the emerging generations (Z & Alpha) is dwindling at an alarming rate, despite therapy’s increasing role in society and all the focus on childrens’ feelings and comfort. Abigail Shrier looks deeply into why this is, and provides a lot of eye-opening evidence and illustrations as well as offering realistic ideas for how we can slow the decline. Honestly a book that I’d recommend to anyone and everyone, given the super important insights.
