Once Upon a River by Diane Setterfield

3.0

This book was strange. I lost my thought process a few times trying to keep up or figure out what was going on but then I eventually did get it at part two I think. The book is broken up into five parts detailing the mystery of what appears to be three little girls who are all found as one? And that's where it was strange to me at first because I could not figure out if this was one person or three people. But then the more you listen you determined that it's a story about one girl found that embodies the three people. And the story ends well enough everybody gets their little happiness or sorrow that comes before the happiness or whatnot. I thought the writing was good.
