(4.5/5 stars) A romantic drama that slowly unfolds, Aster's story is realistic and sometimes heart-wrenching. How does one know when a relationship has run its course? How can one tell if it's time to pivot in life? Main character James must confront his fears and feelings as he works toward discovering what is truly right for him. Although I did get a bit frustrated with him at times, James is a sweet soul who deserves an HEA. A must-read for those who enjoy character-driven romance.
