Vanessa Price quit her job to pursue her dream of traveling the globe, what she was not expecting was to gain millions of followers on Youtube. For her living everyday to the fullest isn't just a motto. Her mother and sister never lived past 30. Vanessa does not want to take anything of for granted.
Her half sister suddenly leaves Vanessa in custody of her infant daughter, life goes from next adventure, to next level bad. The last person she expects to offer her help is the hot lawyer that lives next door to her. Adrian Copeland. After all, she barley knows him. However no one warned her that he was a secret baby tamer or that she'd be spending a whole lot of time with him and his geriatric chihuahua.
Never mind I think we are making this book a 5 stars. This is my first five star book of the year. When I first saw this book as the third book in the series it was a bit off putting, I didn't know what I would think of it, or how I would feel about it. I should have known going into this book that it was going to be great because it's Abby Jimenez she always writes the best romance books. There's a new book of her's coming out this year that I am really excited about. I can already see that book being a four to five star read. Adrian Copeland that man that you are, first of all he knocks on your door asks for the baby so you can shower (yes I know what your thinking that's creepy and a little bit weird and blah blah you would never leave your baby with a stranger) this is a book, it's not supposed to be realistic. Okay maybe a little realistic but not much. It's still a great book though.
The emotions I felt in this book, this book made me sob uncontrollably. Near the end of the books is really where it starts to make you feel something. It makes you cry for a good 2-3 pages I think. I don't know it was just so heartbreaking. This book also makes you smile so much and makes you laugh so many times throughout the book. Vanessa was funny, Adrian was also a good character in this book but honestly who wouldn't be a sucker for man that can take care of a baby, or that wants to learn to take care of a baby. Honestly all the characters in this book were great , except for maybe Vanessa's family, but they got better about halfway through the book. The two things you can count on with Abby Jimenez is making you cry, and you staying up late at night to finish one of her books that you are reading.
Make sure to pick up her new book called Say You'll Remember Me coming out April 1st, 2025. It giving Taylor Swift vibes from the title of the book. Happy Reading!!!!
