"Time and love are intertwined, they are both measures of life, they are the two clocks."

I am in love with love so obviously this book was perfect for me. Most short stories anthologies have most that are disappointing with one or two gems, but I liked almost every story in this book! They were original, quirky, lovely! The last 3 not being inspired by myths did lose some spark, but that might be me. The very last story about her parents was charming. As for my favourites, they were the stories of Attem, Siya and Thisbe!

The main flaws of these short stories is that they were *too* short, and after a while, for some, the pattern was understandable so there was little surprise.

It's become one of my favourite reads of 2023 so far! 😁🌟
