Heartstopper Volume 4 by Alice Oseman
4.0
This is an excellent continuation of the Heartstopper story. It has cute sweet moments and nice development of the characters and their relationships. I particularly like getting to know Charlie's sister Tori.
This story does not shy away from complicated issues, such as dysfunctional family relationships, mental illness, and self harm. These are presented in good ways, with an excellent overarching message that a sixteen year old can't fix his boyfriend's mental illness, and that we need more than one important person in our lives.
There were a couple of spots where the characters weren't drawn distinctly enough to be able to tell who was in the frame, so that pulled me out here and there. Other than that, the art and story are excellent.
