Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
5.0
vague spoilers but nothing worth tagging because it hardly hints at anything—
w h a t t h e h e l l . i finished this book five minutes ago and i’m absolutely mind blown. i really enjoyed the format of this book and the plot was pretty clever and unique given madeline’s situation. the characters were lovely and well developed. bUT OH MY GOD. MADELINES MOM??? WHAT SHE DID??? i know she wasn’t in her right mind but i can’t believe it.
the only thing i would change / add is a short little blurb about the mother, maddie, and olly and how they are all doing in a few years.
this is seriously one of the best books i’ve read in a while.
