This is a story thick with emotion and some hard topics. But even as these two characters seem to be on a journey to find their place there is still a love story that is all encompassing. Tate and Luna are grumpy sunshine for sure. Tate has lived a lot since the last time he was on the island. Luna is still trying to find her place. I loved Tate's moroseness mixed with Luna's quirky, enthusiastic personality really makes the whole story.
This is a story that will bring so many emotions and feelings to it. It is worth taking the time and reading this well written romance.
