I’ve always believed that regrets are pointless, and this book really reinforced that for me. While I sometimes wonder “What if?”, I don’t dwell on the past or wish I had made different choices. The story follows someone who gets to explore the paths not taken—career changes, lost relationships, distant dreams—and it’s a fascinating concept. But what struck me most is how each alternate life still came with its own imperfections and struggles. None of them were perfect, and that really affirmed my belief that life unfolds the way it’s meant to. It was comforting to see that idea play out so clearly through fiction. In the end, the message felt powerful: chasing the idea of a perfect life can keep you from appreciating the one you already have.
