Eragon by Christopher Paolini

Overall Review (no spoilers)

I have read Eragon's book twice now, and it continues to hold up to the hype. While yes, it is apparent in places that Paolini was young when writing the first book, the world-building and the friendship-adventuring themes still hold true. I also think he can be the one credited with the sassy dragon trope tbh.

On my re-read of Eragon, I realized there is so much foreshadowing that he does that makes me appreciate his work so much more than I had previously. Re-entering the land again as an adult gives me so much nostalgia.
