3.5 rounded down. Honestly this was good and I had a good time, but it was way too long. It dragged a bit at places. Also there were too many POV's.

I will say it took me forever to guess who the Rook was. Everytime Ren would think it was someone new I would be like "yeah!" and then when she was wrong I would be so confused. I'm going to continue the series, hopefully the next one doesn't drag as much.
