What Gandhi Says: About Nonviolence, Resistance and Courage by Norman G. Finkelstein

5.0

An unflinching (a word I associate inexorably with Finkelstein) look at Gandhi's teachings. Seriously, if you are used to the starry-eyed educational-institution-approved "wow Gandhi won India's independence with no violence whatsoever! so don't ever use violence everyone! just stand there and take whatever comes at you without any reaction!" view, this book is a must-read.
