King of Greed by Ana Huang

5.0

This was a different pace from the first two books as it follows a married couple. That being said, it was just as enjoyable. Sometimes relationships don't work and delisted loving the person, you have to make hard choices and go your separate ways. That's what happens with Dom and Ale.

Ale has given up her whole life supporting her riches to rags husband and started to lose herself. Lost her husband to his greed and work.

Once again Huang twists real life heartaches into a beautifully woven story. Of loss, heartbreak, and second chances.

I have now read the first three books in three days...and gotten three of my friends to buy the books because I can't stop gushing about them. I hope reading this review and all the rest will convince you to do the same. As someone who actively avoids this genre and tropes, it's been one of my favorite reads in a long while.
