Type of read: Commuter Read.

What made me pick it up: TN R.E.A.D.S challenge book - "Read a romance."

Overall rating: Generic. Predictable. Filled the void of wanting to read a book but didn't leave me wanting to read more by Silver or really give me a reason to care about Jack and Laurie. Honestly, without giving spoilers, that's it. It was meh. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great. There are quite a few curveballs (if you can really call them that) thrown in that keep the book going but this literally could have been a short story published in a magazine.
