Agents of Light and Darkness by Simon R. Green

4.0

Since I enjoyed the first, I figured I should continue on and see what this series had to offer. I didn't enjoy this one quite as much as the first, but it was still a decent romp. I was a little exasperated at how surprised the main character was to learn who Jude really is (I mean, COME ON), but aside from that I enjoyed it. I definitely liked the "angels as the army of god" stance; not quite the cherubs with harps treatment that is so over done. All in all, a creative enough second book that I'll read the third.
