This is such a well written and evidently well researched book, however, I found it to be too dense some times so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I could have (totally a me problem). There are so many important topics brought up, and I particularly loved the explanation of how policing is built on white supremacy. So many good points about police brutality and violence brought up too. The author including alternatives to policing that work in different communities was also a great detail but I wish it focused on that a bit more.
