It is easy to read and fast-paced but I would have loved if a few things were further explored such as:
1. Lei Ling’s relationship with her mother
2. Jing Fei’s past
3. Angela’s persona

The conclusion felt a bit too quick and left me wanting more, but I enjoyed the story overall.
