The first 30% of this story contains trigger warning of Rape, Abduction/Kidnapping and murder. I imagine many won’t be able to continue to read it, as I almost stopped as well but I am so glad I was able to get past that first 30%. It is unimaginable to me how I would even try life after what happened in this story. Second chances at its best. I felt like I was reading a true crime story.
The author dives and shows you a realistic way that people get through evil, ptsd, depression, love and so much more. I highly recommend this book.
