If I am being completely honest, I'm not sure how I feel about the very end. I wish each and every character I had come to love was together at this end, but I suppose that doesn't change the fact that it was indeed the end. Though I haven't been reading these books throughout the years, I must say I feel they left at least some sort of impression on me, and I'm curious to see how fast I'll start a reread.
