I absolutely love books like this. I read this duology out of order, but I still knew this one was going b just as good. I love anything that Brigid Kemmerer writes and she seriously does contemporary so well, I thought the anonymous letter writing was so meaningful and I liked getting to know each of the characters that way. It was interesting to see them interact in person without knowing who the other one was. I also thought grief and loss was handled exceptionally well. While this did deal with heavier topics, there was still a lightness to it that I really enjoyed too. I'm also a huge photography person so I liked seeing those aspects. this was just so well written emotional and I'm glad I decided to read it.
