I thought the illustrations were wonderfully done and that each story was well written and fun. The only downside was that I was left a little disappointed with the lack of detail and elaboration about each bird.

Each of the sections usually left me with more questions than answers and some parts were vague.

That being said, this isn’t meant to be a reference book and I think it serves as more of an introduction into birds.
