In some ways I loved this book - beautiful language, archly funny, feminist, unusual - but there honestly wasn’t enough plot for me and I didn’t know enough about the characters (actual feminist authors and artists), which maybe would have helped? It felt quite a bit too long and I expect I won’t remember anything about it.
