i especially enjoyed reading this after reading Circe by Madeline Miller. this time, percy and friends travel to the sea of monsters to find the golden fleece and try to save camp half blood.
i enjoyed this follow up to percy’s adventures and his growth as a demigod. it’s great watching him grow into his role as a son of poseidon and possible key to a prophecy.
the ending has a great twist that makes me excited to see where the next book takes this tale.
