I am incredibly biased with this novella because it’s basically about me, ok. It’s a super sexy version of the daydreams I used to have when I lived alone in an apartment. I would imagine a friendly spirit of some kind lived with me so that I could counter my brain’s attempt to convince me there were monsters. So this book is about Dani — me — and I’m going to read it every Halloween. Sorry not sorry.
