Scattered Minds: The Origins and Healing of Attention Deficit Disorder by Gabor Maté

5.0

As someone with ADHD, this is a fantastic exploration of it. There's so much to resonate with and I actually feel hopeful and seen despite the ongoing square peg round hole feelings I have about capitalism.

I think parents that feel attacked or blamed by the introduction of epigenetics to this conversation could benefit from reading Issendai's Down the Rabbit Hole, because that's the future of that level of emotional intelligence.
