Nebula #3 (1968) The Einstein Intersection

I am so pleased that this held up over a second reading. This book, which first got me hooked on Delany, is one of my favorite novels of all time, and easily the most thought-provoking and imaginative that I have ever read. A fascinating examination of how we (re)use mythology to perform and construct our identities and societies, with healthy sides of pop culture criticism and the inherent power of Otherness. The Einstein Intersection is American Gods on steroids!
