3.5 stars. Sweet silly little book. I read the rest of the Tales of the City books over 20 years ago so I’m sure missed references but this is a nice little tale of chosen family, now in an England estate, set in 1993 with some of the same characters just 10 years later. Very fast read, quite enjoyable.
