I am very much a sucker for Arthurian legends and retellings. What if one of the knights of the round table was actually a woman, stronger than the others, and determined to join them to find community and a sense of belonging more than seeking glory through brute force. I loved this. Griffith’s authors note at the end of the book sums it up so perfectly.
