Der einsamste Wal der Welt by Martin Baltscheit
3.0
It's always nice when fiction and non-fiction intertwine, especially in the case of a children's book. The artstyle is lovely (bar one questionable choice to give the "lady whale" eyelashes and makeup) and the message - no matter how different you are from others, there is someone out there who wants to be your friend it just sucks if you can't communicate - was rather sweet.
Sadly, the execution of it all didn't leave me blown away, for I felt that something was missing, even if it was just a satisfactory ending.
