Corruptible: Who Gets Power and How It Changes Us by Brian Klaas

slow-paced

2.0

While it is clear that the author is educated on the topic, at times it felt like he was writing just to write leaving the reader with no clear conclusions. Additionally, the author neglected to examine how systems like (white supremacy or capitalism) play into the situations he speaks about. Overall there was way too much anecdotal evidence and not enough clear indications on why such corruption occurs.
