so thankful to the author and good girl pr for this arc
normally i hate miscommunication but in this book... i could not put it down. you can't help but root for Jace and Lacey, their chemistry was so good and i just loved the tension. the spice was incredible but i also love how much you could tell they truly cared for each other. all the side characters were great and the found family/meddling friends aspect of this book was just perfection. i cannot wait for the next story. there was a real emotional depth to the writing that sucked me right into the world.
i really loved the pacing of this book. the dual pov, alternating timelines made the story super easy to follow along. this delivered everything i was looking for and more. the growth of the characters was really nice to read about and i couldn't recommend it more.
